Matariki for Mokaroa and Kaiwhare

On Thursday 23 of July the whole of Waikowhai did Matariki themed stuff Haumia,Kaiwhare and Mokaroa were doing it together.In Mokaroa we had our teacher Mr. Hing Windsor and Mr. Riceman

and they were doing kites. In Haumia we did origami stars and that was with Mr. Rattenbury (Mr. R).

And last but not least Kaiwhare we did stars made with ink and that was with Mrs. Mcleallan. We had parents come and help us too. We all had a very fun day. here is my thinking hats about that day.

favourite subject in school

hello,there me again Paige do you want to here what my favourite subject is in the lock down okay so My favourite is maths because it is not to hard for me and not to easy for me so it is just right for me the other stuff we are doing is reading and writing and some bonus activities what activities do you like I am doing my writing because this is my writing

what I have been doing in lock down

Kia ora,everyone do you want to hear what I have been doing . OK then lets get started so first I went for a walk and when we got home me and my sister Jaimie played on the tramp together. then the next day we went for a scooter ride and we were looking at all the teddy bears in the windows. the next day we went for another walk but mum and dad wrote in Jaimie's note book and they set up a hunt for us with clues in the notebook for me and Jaimie to follow. any way on Easter Friday we were having a lot of fun on our scooters until we go off the bridge and we were going to fast. Jaimie stopped and I thought that I would crash into Jaimie. so I put my foot down to stop my self. but... my foot got stuck under my scooter and I came tumbling off my scooter and oh no I broke my wrist and now here I am in a full cast here are some photos of me in my cast  and me in the hospital and some the cool stuff there.oh and I lost my tooth when I had my cast on here are photos of that is well.

I am so exited to get this cast off and have stuff back to normal again and lets hope I never get a cast ever again.

I don't know here are some things I learnt about school strike for climate Australia

1.they are striking from school to tell their politicians to take their futures

seriously and treat climate change for what it is - a crisis.

2.some of their demands are No new coal, oil and gas projects, including the Adani mine.

and

3.they are school students from cities and towns across Australia.

Most of them have never met in person before but are united by their concern about our planet.

Here is a letter about what I want to happen in the world

1. People being able to have puffer fishes and hedgehogs as a pet (I like those animals)

2. More temptations cat treat flavours (I have Pet Cats)

3. Some friends Lego to be harder to make but easy to take the pieces apart again (because it's not hard enough for me my dad says)

4. New harry potter books ( My sister likes them)

5. Puzzles with 200000 pieces (my mum like puzzles with a lot of pieces)
